You have years of work — content, courses, retreats, testimonials, wisdom — scattered across six different platforms. And right now, none of it is working together. It's sitting there, waiting.
What you told us is that you don't want more tools. You want one place. You want to give it your content, point it at the right people, and let it run while you're in the room doing the work you love.
That's exactly what we're building.
Phase 1 is two things: a refreshed website that tells your story clearly and guides people toward your offerings — and The Hearth, your central hub where everything you've already created gets pulled in, organized, and put to work. Automated sequences that nurture leads. A sales funnel that doesn't need you to manage it manually. One dashboard where you can see what's happening and give it direction.
Once The Hearth is running and you can see what's working, Phase 2 builds on top of that — your affiliate program, your resource store, a stronger marketing engine based on real data from Phase 1.
The shape: 5–6 weeks, $3,000 total, two milestone-based payments of $1,500 each.

A clean, beautiful home that reflects where your work is now — not where it started. Your offerings laid out in a clear progression so visitors naturally understand how to begin and where to go next. Your leadership course front and center. A lead capture that feeds directly into your email list. No templates. Built to your brand.

The Hearth
This is the heart of Phase 1. One dashboard where every platform you already use — Teachable, Flodesk, Calendly, Meta, Later, ClickUp — feeds in. Your content library, your leads, your sales activity, your upcoming retreats. All visible in one place. And underneath it, automations that move people through your funnel without you having to do it manually.
What The Hearth actually does for you
Think of it as a quiet, capable team member. You give it your content and your platforms. It organizes everything, keeps things moving, and flags when something needs your attention. You stay in oversight — it handles the rhythm.
Your content library
Every piece of content you've ever made — posts, videos, course material, blog posts, testimonials — pulled in from Google Drive, Canva, and Teachable and organized in one searchable place. Nothing lost. Everything ready to use.
Your email funnel
When someone signs up on your website, they automatically receive a welcome sequence written in your voice, leading them toward your leadership course. Retreat interest triggers its own flow. Alumni get touched at the right moments. All of this runs on its own through Flodesk.
Your course progression
Students in Teachable are automatically nudged from one tier to the next based on where they are. No one falls through the cracks. Course completions and engagement feed back into The Hearth so you can see what's working.
Your booking flow
Calendly bookings trigger automatic confirmations, reminders, and post-session follow-ups. A re-booking prompt goes out at the right moment. You show up to the call — everything else handles itself.
Your social rhythm
A content calendar built into your dashboard, connected to Later. You review and approve. It posts. Retreat announcements, course invitations, and community posts all scheduled in advance so the rhythm never breaks.
Your sales dashboard
The number you care about most — leadership course seats — visible at a glance. 5 seats a month at $2,000 each is the goal. The Hearth shows you how close you are and where people are dropping off so you always know where to look.

You're never paying out of pocket for something that hasn't been earned by what came before. Phase 1 generates the income that funds Phase 2. Phase 2 funds Phase 3.

Brand refresh, website build begins, Hearth architecture scoped and started. Paid before we touch anything.
Payment two · At delivery
$1,500
Hearth live, automations wired and tested, handover session complete, 30-day follow-through begins.
Phase 1 Total
$3,000
Ongoing platform costs (Resend, Plausible, Artlist, etc.) run approximately $78–$98/month, in Kerry's name. Significantly less than six separate subscriptions. Post-launch support billed hourly as needed. Phases 2 and 3 scoped and priced when Phase 1 is live and earning.

Logins to your existing platforms, your brand assets, and your content. That's the starting point — we do the organizing.

ground rules
- Scope is Phase 1 only — website and The Hearth. Phases 2 and 3 are separate engagements scoped when the time is right.
- One round of revisions on the website and brand direction.
- Timeline moves at the speed of your responsiveness — logins and assets needed promptly to stay on track.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
- At final delivery, everything is yours — code, accounts, automations, content library, assets.
- 30 days of follow-through included after launch. Ongoing support billed hourly at a rate we agree on before delivery.
